Narayanan is the CEO and Founder of Smart Work Consultants. He was an engineer by profession but an entrepreneur by passion. During his 7 years tenure as Engineer, Narayanan had a rising desire of building his own company. The overflowing dream of entrepreneurship led him to resign from his well-paid job and build a start-up from scratch. Burning the midnight oil, Narayanan tirelessly worked towards realising his dream. This led to the birth of Smart Work Consultants, a talent acquisition firm in 2010.

Junaith is a talented Operations Management professional turned Talent Acquisition specialist with rich 14+ years of experience in HR, Retail and Entertainment industry.
